(1) Arnica Salve- Arnica is of the oldest herbal remedies documented throughout history and is proven to offer relief from many everyday issues. Arnica flowers contain a powerful sesquiterpene lactone called Helenalin which is toxic when taken internally, however it has anti-inflammatory and immuno stimulant properties when used topically.
