Move Your Body
Moving your body daily can do wonders for your happiness levels. Exercising helps the body release endorphins and other chemicals that help you feel good. It also reduces other hormones that promote feelings of anxiety and other emotions. And you don't know need to run a half-marathon to get those benefits! Just going for a walk or stretching can give you those benefits!
Compliment Someone
When you're feeling down, sometimes the last thing you want to do is give a compliment to someone else. But complimenting others will get you in a mindset that will help you create an optimistic outlook for your own situation. Plus it feels good to make others happy!
