Uses Of Arnica
Arnica is generally used topically in a gel or salve. It helps stimulate circulation, which helps the body's systems react, which then leads to some relief. Arnica also has antisepstic and anti-inflammatory properties! (Do not use arnica if you’re allergic to sunflowers, marigolds, ragweed, or other plants from the sunflower family.)
